Company highlights

In the quest to identify new cleaning products, I chatted with my eco-conscious family about their preferred products, followed-up with a quick FB/Instagram post asking for recommendations, and then perused local stores. Ideally, I wanted products that could be purchased both in-store and online so that in a pinch, I could run to the store and get what I need.

Here's the a summary of brands that came out of this initial search from January-February 2018 that had EWG ratings (A-F). Again, not all products are included (and not all companies are included) but this provides an overview of how companies generally compare with each other. These ratings include air fresheners, all purpose cleaners, bathroom cleaners, dish detergents, floor cleaners, kitchen cleaners, and laundry products. Hand soap is classified under the EWG cosmetics database.
