Faves

Here are a few of my favorites so far, based on some good old-fashioned product testing.

Pets:
  • Litter Champ. Contains the smell, easy to manage, and biodegradable liners.
  • Unni compostable pet waste disposal bags that meet ASTM D6400 standards. ~$10 for 120 bags on Amazon.
  • My AlphaPet poop bags - my sister's favorite. Also meet ASTM D6400 standards. ~$16 for 120 bags on Amazon.
Home:
  • Wool dryer balls. I grabbed a three pack on a whim in the checkout line of TJ Maxx. They are the best. They decreased our drying time and we rarely use dryer sheets these days. Amazon has lots of options, and you won't break the bank on this purchase.
  • Ecover pink geranium dish soap. Citrus-y enough to make my husband happy. Environmentally-friendly enough to make me happy. Not super expensive but a little hard to find in your average store (I got mine at Whole Foods).
  • Swedish dischloths. Glad I drank the kool-aid on this one. They soften quickly under water and dry fast so there isn't a damp sponge just sitting around all the time. I've got one dedicated to kitchen use and one for cleaning floors. Amazon has tons of options.
